Overview

• Arc en Ciel offers optional recurring supporter memberships and optional one-time donations.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment-card details on our own systems.
• Supporter payments are product-support payments, not investments, securities, profit-sharing products, or guaranteed-return products.
• We do not accept cryptocurrency payments or direct bank transfers for supporter checkout.
• Recurring memberships continue until cancelled through the billing flow made available by Stripe.
• One-time donations are charged once and do not renew automatically.

Checkout and Billing

The checkout flow shows key commercial information before payment, including amount, billing interval for recurring plans, and whether a charge is one-time or recurring.

Checkout is routed through Stripe for supported card and payment-method flows; Arc en Ciel does not request cryptocurrency transfers or direct bank transfers for supporter checkout.

The current checkout legal text version is 2026-05-18. Required confirmations are recorded before creating Stripe checkout sessions.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Recurring supporter memberships can be managed through the Stripe-hosted billing portal made available from your Arc en Ciel account.
• Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• One-time donations cannot be cancelled after payment because they are not recurring subscriptions.
• Unless mandatory law requires otherwise or we expressly agree otherwise, completed one-time donations and already-started paid membership periods are generally non-refundable.
