Overview
Arc en Ciel hosts user-generated models, media, comments, collections, and related community activity. This policy explains our public notice-and-action channel and the moderation process we use alongside the Terms of Service.

Authorities, trusted flaggers, users, and affected persons can use this contact point for DSA-related communication. Users can also use the dedicated illegal-content notice form at /report-illegal-content.
Illegal-Content Notices
- A notice should identify the content URL and explain why the content is alleged to be illegal.
- Include supporting context, evidence, jurisdiction, and a contact email where available.
- We issue a case reference and acknowledgement when the public notice form accepts a notice.
- Knowingly submitting false, abusive, or bad-faith notices may itself violate the Terms of Service.
Moderation Actions and Review
We may remove content, restrict visibility, apply or correct rating labels, age-gate material, disable downloads, preserve evidence, warn users, apply strikes, restrict posting, revoke API access, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or escalate urgent cases.
Affected users can request review through the case page or by contacting [email protected]. Users retain any judicial remedies available under EU or national law.
