Overview
If mandatory consumer law grants you a statutory withdrawal right, that right continues to apply according to the law that governs your purchase.
Cancellation of future renewals is separate from a statutory withdrawal request about a payment already made.
Statutory Withdrawal Instructions
If you are a consumer and mandatory law gives you a right of withdrawal, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. The withdrawal period generally begins on the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us by a clear statement, for example by email or letter, sent to the contact details below. A model withdrawal form can be used, but it is not mandatory.
Immediate Digital Access
Supporter memberships may activate digital perks immediately after successful payment. Checkout can ask for an express request to start performance immediately and an acknowledgement about the possible effect on any statutory withdrawal right.
