Ratings and content filters

How content ratings, adult-content filtering, and safety labels affect browsing and publishing.

What ratings do

Ratings help viewers control what appears in browse pages and help the platform avoid showing adult or sensitive material unexpectedly. They are not the same as model-file safety labels. A media rating describes visible content; a file safety status describes downloadable file verification.

Browse results reflect your content filter - Rating settings affect what appears in browse grids, so verify account filters before assuming a tag, model, image, or video has disappeared.
Rating and safety concepts
Concept Where you see it Meaning
Content rating Images, videos, model previews, profile/media filters Controls whether adult or sensitive visuals appear.
Adult access Settings and age/content preferences Controls whether your account can view adult-rated content.
File scan status Model versions and downloads Describes hosted or external model-file verification state.
Report action Detail pages and public report form Use when content is illegal, misrated, unsafe, or rights-infringing.

Apply and troubleshoot filters

  1. Open Settings when signed in and review rating or adult-content preferences.
  2. When publishing, choose the rating that matches the visible content, not the audience you hope to reach.
  3. If a page appears empty, check whether filters, sorting, query text, or rating access are hiding results.
  4. If content appears misrated, use the report route instead of arguing in comments.
