Arc en Ciel help

Supporter memberships, donations, billing, and refunds

Understand recurring support, one-time donations, perks, cancellation, refunds, and withdrawal guidance.

Support options

Arc en Ciel remains useful on a standard account. An active monthly Supporter membership adds higher service limits, advanced creator tools, and early-access features. A one-time donation does not unlock recurring product limits; it adds donor recognition instead.

Quick answer

  • Creator Stats is free for the latest 7 days; Supporter adds custom ranges, comparisons, momentum insights, and CSV export.
  • Every standard account can request one Spatial Tagger heatmap analysis. Existing heatmaps remain viewable; Supporter can analyze more images.
  • Supporter raises generator, Shared Files, and Generator Assistant limits and adds eligible scheduled-model early access.
  • Monthly memberships renew until canceled. One-time donations do not renew.

Support terms

Recurring support
A membership-style payment that renews until canceled according to the billing flow.
One-time donation
A non-recurring support action where available.
Supporter entitlement
Feature access that lasts while a paid membership or manual support grant is active.
Refund/withdrawal policy
The public rules explaining cancellation, refunds, and immediate digital access.
  1. Open Support and compare Standard, Supporter, and donation access.
  2. Review billing amount, recurrence, account identity, and provider checkout page.
  3. Complete checkout only when the account and amount are correct.
  4. Keep receipts or provider emails for billing questions.
  5. Use Billing, Withdrawal, Support, or provider controls for cancellation/refund questions.

Before supporting or canceling

  • Confirm the signed-in account - Perks and support state attach to the current account.
  • Read recurrence and amount carefully - Do this on the provider page before confirming payment.
  • Save provider receipts - Receipts are the fastest way to resolve billing questions.
  • Use the right channel - Billing questions should not be sent through illegal-content reports.

Billing questions and cancellation

Where do I cancel recurring support?

Start from the billing or support flow shown on the site and follow the payment provider controls when redirected.

Are perks permanent?

Recurring product perks require active Supporter access. A one-time donor badge and donor namecard are recognition perks, not a recurring feature subscription.

What happens when my Supporter membership ends?

Your account returns to standard limits. Existing content and files are not silently deleted, and existing tag heatmaps remain viewable. Features that create new work use the current account allowance.

Why can I still use part of Creator Stats without Supporter?

Creator Stats is freemium: the latest 7-day dashboard is available to creators, while custom ranges, comparisons, momentum analysis, and CSV export are Supporter features.

Should billing questions go through illegal-content reports?

No. Use Support, Billing, or provider routes. Illegal-content reports are for notice-and-action and safety/legal reports.
